DECLARATION OF
THE INTERNATIONALISTS COMMUNISTS CIRCLE (ARGENTINA) :
AGAINST
THE NAUSEATING METHOD OF THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNIST CURRENT
THE ONES WHO ARE AGAINST ME DESERVE
TO BE DESTROYED.
Here is the sentence given by the present ICC against those who
disagree with its fundamental political orientations, or who decide
to split with this group for political disagreements, or even those
who refuse to accept the absurd terms against the other groups and/or
comrades of the Communist Left. They deserve to be destroyed and to
disappear for ever. Even though it can look like a lie, it is
precisely the position the ICC has adopted and it's the reason why it
engaged itself in a destructive dynamic not only against those who
dare to defy the "unchanging law and theories" of the gurus
of this current but also against those who try to think by themselves
and do say NO to the ICC blackmails.
WHY DO WE SAY THAT ?
We make this declaration after of a serie of denunciations made by
members of the Internationalists Communists Circle, and on their
request, which relate that they've been subjected to phone calls from
the ICC. Nevertheless, these phone calls weren't innocent. They had
the underhand intention to destroy our small nucleus, or its
militants in an individual way by provoking mutual distrust and by
sowing the germs of division in the ranks of our small group.
It's thus, alerted of this nauseating method from the present
leadership of the ICC, that we, militants of the Internationalist
Communists Circle, by unanimous decision of all the militants of our
small nucleus, we denounce the ICC not only for this method but also
for the utilization of practices which don't belong to the legacy of
the Communist Left, but rather to the very method of the bourgeois
Left and of stalinism.
WHY IS AN INTERNATIONALY WELL KNOWN
CURRENT ATTACKING A SMALL GROUP ?
The response to this question has to be searched within the ICC
itself since the "failure" with our group has obliged the
leading fraction of the ICC to put fowards new external dangers - the
IBRP, the FICCI, and today the Circle - to be able to impose
order internally.
It's so because the present ICC policy provokes doubts and an
internal atmosphere of mutual distrust. It makes necesary the
stalinist tactic of the scortched earth policy, it means not only the
destruction of our small and modest group, but also the active
opposition to any attempt towards revolutionary regroupment which the
ICC wouldn't be leading for its sectarian and opportunist
orientations. And for that, it doesn't hesitate to utilize a whole
serie of repugnant ruses whose central aim is to demoralize its
opponents and, thus, to be able to eliminate a "potential
ennemy".
It's there a clear demonstration that the present ICC leadership
doesn't constitute a factor of unity, nor of revolutionary
regroupment, but rather an obstacle to this one. It's perfectly
showed by its camarilla and sect policies and its clear opportunist
tendency. And faced with any denunciation of that, the response of
the camarilla is always the same : it qualifies the critics as
being "parasites" or it attaches them with all type of
qualifying adjectives which don't provoke but laughters and mockeries
within the proletarian camp besides the worrying because the drift in
which is falling the ICC constitutes a step backwards for the working
class.
It's thus that, lacking of agreement with its
positions which have nothing to see with the revolutionary tradition,
the ICC tries to sabotage any attempt of revolutionary regroupment as
it has been the case with the public meeting [of the IBRP,
translation note] of October 2nd, 2004 in Paris
(France) and that it aims today at destroying our small group of
Argentina.
IN FRONT THIS, WHAT HAVE DECIDED THE
INTERNATIONALIST COMMUNISTS CIRCLE ?
To their unanimous request, the comrades that the ICC has called by
phone in order to sow the germs of distrust and of destruction of our
small group, propose to the whole members of the Internationalists
Communists Circle the total rejection of the political method of the
ICC that they consider as typically stalinist and whose central aim,
aim of the present ICC leadership, is to avoid the revolutionary
regroupment for which various currents and groups do struggle for ;
they propose to denounce these intrigues to the whole currents who
declare to be within the continuity of the Communist Left.
